All products are Rotational moulded at Zweva Rotomoulding NV. our joint venture factory with Plastigi NV. Rotational moulding is a process that is ideally suited for the production of relatively large, hollow products that are completely or partially closed. The materials most often used in rotational moulding are Polyethylene (PE). Rotational moulding is suited for the production of small as well as large volumes of products. Advantages of Rotational MouldingRotomoulding has enabled Zweva to create the double walled patented Access Chambers, Watertight Boxes and Tanks that are virtually stress-free, made from a single mould which can incorporate form and function such as cuts, textures, colours and a multitude of other options. Complex shapes can be produced; therefore multiple product functions can be integrated. Tooling costs and lead times are dramatically reduced in comparison to injection moulding; this is a major advantage in the current competitive marketplace. Custom Moulding at Zweva/ Plastigi
The production of exclusive products , better known as custom moulding, is the development
of articles by our customers in cooperation with PLASTIGI.
Exclusive products are made exclusively for the customer that owns the mould. The moulds
are developed in cooperation with Zweva Rotomoulding. These products can only be sold under the
management of the customer, but are produced with the technical know how of Zweva Rotomoulding.
